David Lindsey grew up in the construction of new homes and has been hands-on building houses from putting in foundations all the way up to painting the final touches, along with everything in between. David knows what is right when it comes to the construction of his homes and takes pride in every one of them. At the age of 23 David went to work for a major Atlanta builder and served as area manager over 5 subdivisions around metro Atlanta before branching out onto his own. He learned from the best on what it takes to be a successful home builder, how to take care of your customers, and provide them with a great home that will last a lifetime.

David Lindsey Homes takes care of each customer from beginning to end, evident in the fact that a large percentage of all homebuyers are repeat homeowners of David Lindsey Homes.

Over the last 18 years, since 1985 David Lindsey Homes has built over 1,500 homes on the south side of Atlanta. In 1993 David’s wife Wanda obtained her Brokers license and began to Broker David Lindsey Realty. David’s son Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Lagrange College in 2003 and has since taken on many of the responsibilities of David Lindsey Homes. Their daughter Jaclyn is also pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business at Mercer University while working part time in the marketing department of David Lindsey Homes and Realty.

David contributes his success in the building industry to all of his great employees and sales agents for their loyalty, honesty and hard work.

Since 1992, Residential Warranty Corporation has been David Lindsey Homes warranty provider and with all the homes enrolled in their program over that period they have not had one warranty claim. David earned the Keystone Award due to a number of factors such as overall customer satisfaction, number of homes enrolled in the program, longevity as a member, and demonstrating professional building ethics and strong financial stability.
